Most of the newer photos on this site are being taken by this camera. I'm still learning how to use it, but I think the photos it takes are amazing. Though the lens I use often varies, many of the photos on this site are taken with a Canon EF 35mm f2.0 lens.
A majority of the photos on this site were shot using this little camera. It was compact and discreet -- excellent for taking photos under most conditions. Sadly, it has recently died.
Is that the old Tony Roma's restaurant? Looks like they're serving a lot fancier food than steamed ribs.
The second-to-last dish...is that black tea and shrimp? How'd it taste?

Hey Reid - Did you know that the Owner of Chin's resides in San Diego? One of the Owners of the Chin's chain is from/or has lived in Hawaii. It's too bad that they don't serve the Shanghainese breakfast like they do at one of the Chin's locations in San Diego.

Hi Nate,
Yes, this is the old Tony Roma's location. The second to last dish is actually the green tea shrimp in bamboo net. My report will be up shortly. :)
Hi Kirk,
I had read about that somewhere in the paper (maybe right after Chin's first opened). The owner also has a restaurant in Kapolei as well called Ho Ho's or something like that.

I hope this place is good as the original Chin's in Carlsbad (suburb of San Diego), CA. When I lived there it was our favorite Chinese place (80% of clientele were Chinese so you know its good, yah?). The steamed dumpling (appetizer) is to die for! I will certainly visit them next time I am in Oahu!

We ate at Chin's for Father's Day brunch. It was horrible. The service was terrible, the food was very average and the price! After this experience we will probably never eat there again. It was the worst place we have eaten in a very long time.
