This is not the first time that I've been here, and it definitely won't be my last. I first dined here in 1999, before visiting the Las Vegas outpost, located at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino, back in 2001. I definitely look forward to my next visit here.
Complimentary chips and a trio of homemade salsas.

Hello Reid....that top photo of the Santa Monica pier, kept throwing me off....I thought mistakenly that your posts weren't being updated after many previous visits here. The complimentary chips is well presented, with sauces in triplcate. Mexico flag? Nice start.

Mmm . . . looks good. Gotta try out Border Grill. Being a rice junky I am enticed by what looks like a plate in one of the photos with two different types of rice.

Such a fancy place Reid? But I guess you pay for the ambience? I still prefer the greasy spoons like El Abajeno nearby in Culver City or Tito's taco. Glad you enjoyed it. Lots of good eating place is west LA.
