'Ono Kine Grindz - Live from Singapore!
This post was loaded prior to my leaving for Singapore and since it was scheduled for Wednesday, February 9, Hawaii time, I would have already been here a few days. The picture is a stylized view of my hotel, the Novotel Clarke Quay (formerly the Hotel New Otani Singapore), as seen from the opposite side of the Singapore River.
Look for posts to start appearing shortly.

I lived in Singapore for 2 years, and your blog really brings back some fond memories of the wonderful food I had years ago. I can't help but drool (speaking figuratively) everytime I visit your blog. Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm motivated to try making some of these dishes this weekend, starting with Chili Crabs. Yum!
